Incidental Items
Delivery Fee - 5% of the food total (not to exceed $50.00). We reserve the right to determine an acceptable delivery radius. Off-site catering orders are not required to purchase chafing kits, but they are required to sign our E-contract outlining an agreement that all food items will be served to the customer at the proper temperature upon pickup or delivery. Once it leaves our hands, it is the sole responsibility of the client to hold and serve the food items at the proper temperature range as outlined by the presiding health agency. Cugino’s will not be responsible for any negligence by a client in doing so.
